By booking a session with GT-K9, you agree to the following:

 

1. Payment

 

Payment is required before or on the day of your training session unless otherwise agreed.

 

2. Cancellations

 

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

 

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full session fee.

 

3. Your Responsibilities

 

You agree to:

 

• Follow the training advice provided.

• Practise between sessions.

• Use equipment recommended by your trainer.

• Tell us about any behavioural or medical issues before training.

 

4. Dog Health

 

Your dog must:

 

• Be generally healthy.

• Be up to date with vaccinations (where appropriate).

• Not attend training if suffering from a contagious illness.

 

5. Safety

 

Owners remain responsible for their dog at all times.

 

If a dog presents an unacceptable safety risk, training may be stopped immediately.

 

6. Results

 

Every dog learns differently. We cannot guarantee specific behavioural outcomes, but we are committed to providing the best training and support possible.

 

7. Liability

 

Dog training involves inherent risks. By participating, you accept responsibility for your dog’s actions during training.

 

GT-K9 is not liable for injury, loss or damage except where required by Australian law.

 

8. Photos & Videos

 

We may take photos or videos during training for educational or promotional purposes.

 

Please let us know before your session if you do not wish your dog or yourself to appear in any media.

 

 

Cancellation Policy

 

• More than 24 hours’ notice – No charge.

• Less than 24 hours’ notice – Full session fee will apply.

• If we need to cancel due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, your session will be rescheduled at no cost.

 

Privacy Policy

 

GT-K9 only collects the information needed to provide training services and communicate with clients.

 

Your personal information will never be sold or shared with third parties unless required by law.

Client Agreement

 

By booking a session, you confirm that:

 

• You are the dog’s owner or have authority to make decisions for the dog.

• The information you have provided is accurate.

• You have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

 

By booking any service,  I acknowledge that I have read and agree to the GT-K9 Terms & Conditions and understand that dog training requires ongoing commitment and practice to achieve the best results.
